Important: All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds exclude any third-party costs, advertising spend, or external service fees.

Chargeback Policy: Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection proceedings. All work products remain our intellectual property until payment disputes are resolved.
